The invitations for the Annual General Meeting were sent in early October by email/Canada Post according to member preferences.  We hope you will join us for updates, review of our finances and election of board members.

Date: Tuesday, November 24, 2026

Time: Doors open and registration from 6:30 – 7:00 p.m. Meeting begins at 7pm

Location: Ellerslie Baptist Church Gymnasium 10603 Ellerslie Road SW

 

An information package will be available in the member’s portal of the HOA website by Nov 17, 2026.  Limited printed copies will be available at the AGM.  If you would like a printed copy, please consider downloading and printing a copy to bring with you, or kindly advise the board by November 17th ( info@blackburnecreek.com ) if you require the HOA to provide a printed copy.
