IMPORTANT UPDATES - Approval Process and Alternate Designs

The HOA board, in accordance with our updated bylaws, has been receiving applications for alternate designs.  (The application form can be found in the documents portion of our website). 

In July 2026, the HOA approved a homeowner to use Euroshield Beaumont Shake  (grey) as an alternate product for the roof of their home.  To be clear, the approval for this homeowner to use this product applied ONLY to that home based on their application.  There is NOT a blanket approval for the use of this product at this time.

We requested that members with concerns contact the HOA board to share these concerns.  We have received notification from 2 members who are concerned with this approval and the action of the board in this matter.  One member has further advised that they will pursue legal action against this homeowner were they to proceed. 

Our legal counsel will be taking this back to court.  With the possibility of legal action, we have encouraged the homeowner to delay installing this product on their home.   We plan to provide further information and an update at the 2026 AGM. Details of the AGM will be shared in the near future.
